Study On Enterprise Knowledge Transfer Influence Model Based On The Theory Of Intellectual Capital

Through the literature analysis, the domestic scholar of knowledge transfer by the introduction of the study of early of the western scholars theory, knowledge transfer to the follow-up localization of research; The current domestic knowledge transfer theory to study by empirical research, factors affecting knowledge transfer to knowledge transfer performance is undoubtedly the hot research.With the development of informationization, enterprise rejected traditional money, equipment, land to such as the company’s core capital, but the enterprise is raised to the point of view of knowledge capital, knowledge as the core of the enterprise capital. In this thought transformation environment, from the point of view of enterprise knowledge capital appreciation, this paper discusses the knowledge transfer performance and the relationship between the knowledge capital appreciation, and try to put the knowledge capital theory is introduced to knowledge transfer performance of the study, the enterprise knowledge transfer performance factors conceptual model. On this basis, this paper through the questionnaire star online survey questionnaire survey platform, making use of SPSS processing of data, through the lisrel8.70construct a structural equation model to verify in front of the conceptual model. Through the analysis of the structure equation model, this study found that:(1) to examine the traditional from the knowledge transfer process theory, put forward the inner power, the receiver’s keep ability, knowledge embedding, IT information infrastructure, standard distance on enterprise knowledge transfer significant influence.(2) found flexible structure of enterprise knowledge transfer has obvious role in promoting, and the current enterprise established such modern enterprise management system to match. Enterprise have the traditional pyramid structure to flat structure in the process of transformation, really help information in enterprise internal fluctuation, left and right sides of the transmission, and also reduces the information distortion. (3) can be found from the human capital, capital structure, and relationship capital three aspects to enhance the enterprise the knowledge transfer performance. Through the from these three aspects to increase enterprise knowledge capital will help enhance the enterprise the knowledge transfer performance.This research from the perspective of the theory of intellectual capital research enterprise knowledge transfer performance has certain theoretical meaning, and through the knowledge transfer to promote enterprise knowledge capital stock and promote enterprise’s core competitive ability has certain practical significance.
