Research Of Four-networks Coordination Strategy For Jiangsu Mobile

In December 4,2013, China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom, the three telecom operators have issued by the Ministry of industry and information technology of the TD-LTE mobile network business license, opened the prelude to Chinese communication industry in 4G era. Jiangsu mobile, as China Mobile’s third subsidiaries, Jiangsu communications market’s leader, has to make good use of the domestic communications industry reshuffle opportunity, and seize the strategic adjustment in the new situation to achieve sustainable development in the 4G era.As GSM, TD, LTE, WLAN, the four network are running at the same time, how to consider the differences between network technologies to security four network can be unified and coordinated operation, is the thing that Jiangsu company must face and solve carefully in a long period of time. In this paper, by using the relevant theories of strategic management, analyzing the present situation of Jiangsu mobile network through PEST and SWOT method, determine the strategic situation and strategic choice, then according to the synergy theory of the four elements, the collaborative network is divided into four elements of GSM, TD, LTE, WLAN. The strategic positioning and the work need to complete of each net the work is concluded. Then through the method of functional strategy, the work is deployed.Through the analysis, this paper argues that Jiangsu mobile four network collaborative strategy is the use of advantage of the Ministry of industry, policy support of the Jiangsu provincial government, the high quality spectrum radio spectrum resource department priority, fast speed, smooth upgrade technology, the network quality and expert team building, and seize the opportunities of provincial government, industry applications, Jiangsu mobile 4G large-scale construction, make the traffic balance as the goal, to maximize coverage, make precise layout and promote resource efficiency.
