The Research On New Socialism Countryside Informatization Construction

Nowadays the technology revolution is flourishing through the globe centered on information technology. As an unreserved tendency in the development of the current society, Informatization becomes the contemporary symbol of the new century. It stretches into the every field of society such as politics, economy, culture and education. Unexaggeratedly, with the flourish of it through global, every countries are drawing their Informational strategy urgently, we also proposed a strategy that means to develop the traditional industry driven by the information.This paper discusses the essence and the relationship of it and new socialism countryside, analyses the impetus role of it for the economy, culture, politics of new countryside, and finds some obstacle in the popularization of it in the new countryside: the weakness of the information concept in the local government and the peasant; the education background of peasant and their quality about information; the lag of the construction of agricultural Informatization. Lastly, by combination of the current situation of the development of it in our country with the advanced experience in the foreign countries, the strategy to popularize it in new country side is proposed: (1) Cultivating the qualified people fit for the construction of Informatization in the new socialism countryside; (2) The governments in different level should act as the leading role in the popularization of Informatization. (3) Constructing the service architecture for the overall market and its popularization architecture.Nowadays, the construction of new countryside takes the great role in the working of the party and the government; as developing and popularizing of it, it will bring great influence on the development of new socialism countryside quickly and healthily. According to the real situation of our country, the feasibility and the necessity of the construction of new socialism countryside driven by Informatization is proved, and the policy to solve the problem is proposed. The purpose of this paper is to realize the role of it impetus the construction of new countryside, to fulfill the harmonious development in our country.
