The aim of this study is to find the organization and job related factors that may influence the level of employee satisfaction in the reforming publishing corporations and examine the relationship between employee satisfaction and turnover intention. So the thesis mainly consists of the following two parts:(1) The organization and job related factors that may influence the employee satisfaction. They are future of the corporation, talent management, management system, compensation and benefit, performance appraisal, job itself, organizational climate, leadership and personal development. Besides, this study also examines if position, occupation, gender, age, education and tenure lead to differences in employee's perceptions of work-related attributes. (2) Examining the relationship between overall satisfaction and turnover intent.The research starts from the interview with the employees in headquarters of X publishing Group and its twenty subordinate companies, The job and organization related factors that may influence the employee satisfaction are summed up. Then questionnaires are handed out to 384 employees in X Publishing Corporation and 326 useable questionnaires are received resulting in an 85 percent response rate. The questionnaire designed with the reference to MSQ (Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire) etc and revised after the reliability and validity test is designed with a five-point Likert scale to measure the respondent perceptions concerning 9 factors that may influence the level of job satisfaction.The results show the overall employee satisfaction in reforming publishing corporations is kept in a high level, especially the satisfaction with job, leadership, organizational climate, talent management, while the others are not as high as above.
