The related research of employee's turnover contributes to the theory and practice of keeping employee, which is deemed as one of the most important topic. This study would take a new model—job embeddedness into the domestic reserch of employee's turnover intent. The purpose of this study is to examine whether this model could fore-assess the employee's turnover intent after revision or not. And the conclusions are as follows:1.The reliability, validity and other psychometrics indexes of revised one aresatisfactory.2.The revised questionnaire is similar to the existing outcome , so it could be appliedinto our culture and the coming study.3.There is significant correlation between the on-the-job and job satisfaction , but nosignificant correlation between the off-the-job and job satisfaction.4.The off-the-job and on-the-job could fore-assess the turnover intent significantly, incontrary, job satisfaction has little effect on turnover intent.
