The model and thinking of supply chain management begin to thrive, and show out great advantage. Supply chain management is a sort of compositive management thinking, it emphasizes the cooperation between enterprises, that is to say all of the staff in the supply chain work as a whole to realize and to guarantee the qualities of the product and service. Because the supply chain management involve in several independent corporate bodies who respectively have their ideology and the ability of decision-making. The separation of the proprietorship make the members in the supply chain still have some conflict on the topical benefit at the same time of pursuing the same goal. The manufacturer as the core enterprises must build up effective stimulating mechanism, so as to harmonize the relationship with the supplier and retailer, to improve the enthusiasm of them. To ensure that the supplier will abide by the promises to provide raw materials or accessory of high quality when carrying out the contract. And to ensure that the manufacturer can share the information of the terminal client with the retailer, so as to reduce the bullwhip effect and to improve the total work efficiency of the supply chain.
