Countries and regions around the world especially developed ones such as Japan, EU and US all have taken a scientific and serious attitude toward the reclamation and reusage of electronic wastes. Complete law and regulation systems concerning how to handle and reuse electronic wastes properly have been set up and fully implemented in these countries. These systems help to save plenty of resources and protect the ecological environment effectively. Improper handling of electronic wastes will result in great destruction to the environment. Meanwhile, electronic wastes also contain plenty of reusable resources. Hence, the attitude and methods taken towards the reclamation and handling of electronic wastes play crucial roles in the economic, environmental and harmonious social development of a country. Unfortunately, China has not yet set up a scientific and reasonable resolving mechanism regarding the reclaiming and handling of electronic wastes.This essay, based on some basic recycling and industry economics theories, probes into the industralization of the electronic wastes reclamation in our country. It also put forward the basic way and others related matching measures concerning setting up the reclamation and handling procedure of electronic wastes.The following essay, through the analysis and study above, intends to provide a theoretical ground and practical guidance to resolve the problem of reclamation and handling of the electronic wastes in our country.
