Electronic products production Electronic products contain a large number of precious metal resources. However, the absence of an effective e-waste recycling, not only wasted a lot of resources but also caused serious impact on the environment. Therefore, our attitude and approach on e-waste recycling will have an important impact on economic, environmental and social harmony development.Based on the thorough analysis of e-waste, the research suggests that e-waste recycling will be a inevitable way. Whether in theory aspect or practice aspect, e-waste recycling must make full use of the knowledge of recycled. And provide a feasible and effective way for e-waste recycling. The paper tries to find reasons and gives the solutions on the basis of analyzing the problems of construction of e-waste recycling, generally including the following parts.Firstly, this article makes definitions for the meaning of e-waste and recycled. Meanwhile, expound the role of recycled on the construction of e-waste recycling.Secondly, the article introduces the situation of foreign developed countries (Japan, the United States, the European Union) for e-waste recycling, so as to provide our valuable experience.Thirdly, based on the analysis of the status quo, I expound the deep reasons for the problems of electronic waste recycling from political, economic and cultural.Fourthly, through the chapters on the above, I propose settlement of China's electronic waste recycling from administrative means, economic means, the means of information and culture and so on. Finally, a better description on the status of China's electronic waste recycling in practice through a survey of the situation of the mobile phone's recovery.
