With the development of technology and society, the electronic products become popular. Meanwhile, the speed of upgrading their product become faster and faster, which lead to more and more electronic waste. Most parts of electronic waste are difficult to be dissolved. Those parts will pollute the air, land and water resource seriously if being thrown away randomly. How to solve the electronic problem and maitain the sustainable development become an urgent issue for human being.On the other hand, those electronic waste also is kind of resources which have high value.In this paper, we will take the used cellphone as an example, and try to find a commercialized way to solve the electronic waste problem. This paper will apply the principles of recycling economy and five force analysis model, and also use the first hand data gathered from our marketing survey and second hand materials to analyze the general environment and market condition. By this way, we hope we can get the used cellphone recycling business model and provide some advice and experience for treating the electronic waste profitably.In this paper, we first give a brief introduction about why the write choose this topic, applied theories in this thesis and the whole structure of this paper. Then, we do some analysis on the policy environment ,technology environment,economic environment and socialcutural environment. and also dig deep on the new cellphone and used cellphone markets.After that, the write apply five force model to introduce the competitiveness of this business model which include the threat of entry, the power of buyers, the power of suppliers, the threat of substitutes, and competitive rivalry. And then, we provide our solution to the used cellphone problem and introduce the key business model. In the conclusion part, we generalize our whole research and some shortcomings.
