Impact Of FDI On The Industrial Structure Of Guangdong Province

This paper analyses the impact of foreign direct investment(FDI) on the industrial structure of Guangdong province. Using an econometrical model illustrate the strong correlations between Guangdong's industrial structure and foreign direct investment Foreign direct investment brought about higher GDP in economy and improved the industrial structure of Guangdong province, however it still behave as some side effects at the same time. In the situation that the foreign capital invests a lot in Guangdong continuously, the government need to make the corresponding policy, guide the foreign direct investment, in order to dispel the negative effect on the Guangdong's industrial structure. On the problem of attract further FDI, the government has to find more effective and pointed method.
