Foreign Direct Investment In China's Industrial Structure Adjustment

Under the context of global economic integration and China's accession to WTO, absorbing foreign capitals has been regarded as the important factor which influences the economic development. Especially, Foreign Direct Investment plays a direct driving role to promote developing country's economic growth. At the same time , a large-scale regulation of the industrial structure is rising in the world. Industrial structure adjustment has become an important factor for the economic development.With the gradual deepening of reform and opening up, China's economic development has gradually begun to speed based on efficiency changes. That is not only attaches importance to the rapid economic growth, but also on changing the mode of growth, so as to achieve sustainable economic development. Changes in the industrial structure during this period will be the main elements of economic development, and changes in the industrial structure and investment structure are inseparable. At this stage in China, with the rapid development of foreign direct investment, the industrial structure has also been greatly improved, but there are still many issues requiring urgent solution. So how to make better use of foreign direct investment in services and China's readjustment of the industrial structure has become a major issue.In this paper, standardized analysis and empirical analysis are used with the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of research methods, From the review of foreign direct investment on adjustment of the industrial structure of the research results,I inspected the China's statusof foreign direct investment and industrial structure , then summed up the China's characteristics of foreign direct investment in the industrial structure ,analized the role of foreign direct investment as well as on the impact of China's industrial structure adjustment, and through empirical analysis of the test and quantitative research. Finally, on the basis of the (?)easons of foreign direct the industrial structure is irrational investment given policy recommendations.
