China had jointed the World Trade Organization (WTO) for four years by the end of 2005. By the end of the interim, according to the promises what we gave when we jointed WTO: except the enterprises which chain shops are over 30, other Chinese medicine retailing enterprises'holdings will be allowed to be charged by foreign investors on 11th December 2006. If the promises are actualized, Chinese immature medicine retailing will face the fateful chances and challenges. How to cope the chances and challenges, how to use the methods and approaches to resist the foreign investors'inbreak, all of those will be the bigness problems which the national medicine retailing trade should be faced.From the current developing analyses of Chinese medicine retailing, the main problems which lead to the immaturity are as following: restricted by the relative policies and system, the problems , which limit the enterprises scales and lead to poor managing levels, high operating costs, poor professional skill of the stuff, serious indistinctive competition, are behindhand starting, the imbalance of the developing rate, poor technical skill. If enterprises want to solve these problems, in the first place they should make themselves strong. To achieve this propose request the enterprises to strengthen the ability of management, to formulate the enterprises'developing strategies with Chinese situation and distinctive competitive strategies and to use the capital operating to enlarge the operating scales and the rate of market shares., which are basis of learning foreign experiences and technical skills.The writer, according to the modern knowledge, which had been gained from the MBA courses, and working experiences, discussed the problems about the innovation about the medicine retailingmodel. Firstly, the writer summarized the concepts of the medicines and the medicine marketing, the universality and particularity of the medicines, and so on. Secondly, the writer analyzed the developing actuality of the Chinese medicine retailingbusiness, and make out the main problems which to disturb its development. Thirdly, the writer studied the structure, classification and the evolvement of the medicine retailingmodel, and revealed the developing motivity of the medicine retailingmodel, meanwhile he use the SWOT-VALUE chain to analyze the existing Chinese medicine retailingmodel.
