The rapid development of the online retail industry has not only caused a great impact on the traditional retail industry, but also opened up new development models and opportunities for the traditional retail industry. A correct understanding of the impact of China's online retail industry on traditional retail industry is beneficial to stimulating transformating and upgrading of traditional retail industry,and promoting the coordinated development of online retail industry and traditional retail industry, and further promoting the national economic growth.On the basis of the qualitative analysis of the impact of online retail industry on traditional retail industry, we found that the impact action mainly reflects in price,terminal aspect and sales control, the promoting effect mainly reflects in the traditional retail enterprises such as department stores, supermarkets, home appliance chain retail enterprise actively, which carry out electronic commerce mode and combine the entity stores with the Internet, it will make physical retail stores tend to be diversified; Through the establishment of the VAR model quantitatively analysed the influence of online retail industry on traditional retail industry, it is concluded that the previous period of the online shopping turnover has a positive impact on the traditional retail sales, the impact value is 0.051766. And the cointegration test, there is a long-run equilibrium relationship between the turnover of online shopping and traditional retail sales, online shopping turnover increased 1 unit, the traditional retail sales will be reduced to 0.201761 units,which reflects the impact of the online retail industry on the traditional retail industry, finally, the impulse response function analysis and variance decomposition analysis showed that the impact of traditional retail sales on the online shopping turnover is the largest after the 1 period, the impact value is 0.004, and the impact is more durable, and for the traditional retail sales fluctuations, the role of online shopping turnover rose by a period, to tenth, share of 16% is caused by the fluctuation of online shopping turno-ver.In this paper, on the basis of qualitative analysis and empirical analysis, it is concluded that the influence of online retail industry on traditional retail industry is the impact action and promoting effect, it is pointed out that they will develop together in the future, at the same time, it is recommended that the traditional retail industry should be combined with the electricity supplier in the future, to develop a sound business strategy, focus on creating experiential shopping, and focus on high-end market force.
