Recent years the medicine retailing industry get great and rapid development, But behind the rapid increasing, a lot of problems exit. Medicine retailing is one industry of retailing,"place, place and place"is the key sentence of the industry. The paper make research on the address selection and influencing factors of the medicine retailing, and wish to make reasonable advices to the address selection of the medicine retailing.First the paper review the already exited researches on medicine retailing and the industry of retailing. Then expound the theories of retailing industry one by one. The condition of the medicine retailing industry of our country is stated in the third chapter. Then a model was set up to analyze the factors that affect the location selection of medicine retailing enterprise: apply the saleroom of a year to deputize for the fruit of location selection, analyze the effects of population, traffic, rivals and area on the location with regression analysis. The result indicate that population, traffic and quantity of rivals have remarkable effects on the saleroom, those factors are the key of location selection success; on the contrary, area has no remarkable effects on saleroom.At last, from the outcome of the regression analysis, some policy suggestions are given on the location selection of medicine retailing enterprises: from the point of government, the policy on address selection of medicine retailing should not be rigid distance restriction; cancel area restriction on the medicine retailing enterprises; attach importance to population restriction. To the medicine retailing enterprises, qualitative research is not the only method to choose the location, quantitative study should also be attached importance. In the quantitative study, the factors of the enterprise itself do not have much effect on the saleroom of the drugstore, but the population, traffic and quantity of rivals are the key of location selection success.
