The using efficiency and cost of the equipment will be affected if the relationship of the above four aspects is not handled well. Not grasping the problems arising from the equipment working process, and not adopting the effective repairing service to solve, the harbor production will be hindered. In virtue of the mature and effective facilities management"the system of handing over item and determined repairing", the development route on the harbor facilities management may be clear, and the equipment management level could be steadily going up on the base of the theory platform.(3)The equipment using cost is always the noticeable question in the harbor facilities supervisory work. During the entire process of the life of equipment cycle, how to grasp the key factor of saving the cost from the beginning of the plan for equipment selection according to the harbor facilities characteristics in various using stages is emphatically discussed for solution in the paper.(4)the content of the safety control work in the harbor enterprise is extremely much, Speaking of the equipment, the security check and use of he hoist machinery metal arm structure is the most important. How to apply the methods such as equipment diagnostic technology, examination repairs and so on to the daily safety control of the hoisting equipment is the emphasis for discussion in the paper.
