Milk is a kind of nourishment as well as the best source of calcium. A large amount of amino acids and calorie abound in it, which is necessary for peoples' growth .It is important to develop milk industry for developing our economy and increasing living standard. Among some provinces, which have more cows, Xinjiang has super natural advantage and good cow raising tradition. Dairy industry has become important part of animal husbandry and plays an important role in adjusting agricultural structure, increasing farmers' income, keeping people's health and strengthening integrated power of our country. The milk industry of TURPAN has developed a lot in recent years, but it is lager behind other areas in Xinjiang. This paper bases on current situation of local milk industry, analysis its advantage and disadvantage and proposes a police: to develop local milk industry with high level and standard on high beginning by making best use of experiences of others .at same time, we highlight the sense of eco- balance, only in this way, it is possible to realize sustainable development of local economy. In addition, the paper also stresses the significance to develop eco-milk industry and set up a model in TURPAN. There is description of various kind of local dairy products depicted in paper. It can enhance the competitive ability of TURPAN dairy products in domestic market through developing these local products.
