Therefore,to promote economic development and poverty area, it is quite important to spread the scientific technology,to explore and set up the system that is suitable for the spread of scientific technology in poor area.The paper is based on the analysis and study of the present spread of agricultural technology at home and abroad.And it is believed that,though developed counties have various forms of agriculture technology spreading method,they have much in common,namely,there is a complete and combined system of agriculture and science technology,an effective spreading method,a steady talent group with high quality and good educational background,and sufficient financial support. However,what the developed countries have in common is just the problem that exists in our present productive force and economic developmentOn the basis of backward in economy,the poor natural condition,inconvenience in both transportation and information, poor educational background of the people in these area, incomplete system of science technology population and other obstacles,the paper puts forward several main methods,to spread agricultural technology for the time being in Gansu province.Firstly,to strengthen the training to increase the knowledge of the working people.Second,to set good examples of the application of science technology and give full play to the function of agricultural technology.Third,to standardize the spread of agricultural technology and speed up the change to practical technology.Fourth,to develop the intermediary organization and transfer the agricultural production to industrial management.Fifth,to stabilize the central institution of agricultural technology spread and carefully carry out The law of the spread of China.Sixth,to explore model that is fit for the economic development in poor area.Seventh,to enrich the spreading the items,and realize the comprehensive spreading content.Eighth,to put spreading service to market.Ninth,to more the spreading center to the change of farmer's behaviors.
