Because the influence factor of the performance appraisal system is very complicated, the usefulness of the performance evaluation usually is subjected to query. The private capital enterprises in our country, especially big scale company, have ascended forerunner management concept. But due to personnel's character and special management mechanism, the validity of PAS can seldom survive and flick the effect. So study to set up the high valid performance appraisal system to run in our private company is very urgent and meaning graveness.This text has explained the standard of performance appraisal system, discuss the theories of PA and PM about usefulness systematically, Then, combining the mistake area of the performance evaluation work in private companies, defining what is the concept of the PAS usefulness for private companies.This text develop the model to the private companies, that is according to the oneself characteristic, with the direction of MBO, with the core of performance index sign, carrying out with PDCA and communication for efficiently guarantee.So we can push forward the perfect the system, controlling the cost of management, promoting manage ability,and most important is to create a fair feeling of employees and achieves feeling of managers in private companies.
