The Evaluation Index System Study On Expressway Sustainability

With national economic developing rapidly after china's reforming and opening, the highway transportation in China has developed considerably. In light of the increasing of invest in infrastructure in our country, constructing of highway is advanced much and the grade and network of highway has been improved. These years the mileage of expressway increases constantly, the function of highway network is becoming stronger. It is realistically significant for the construct of highway in our country, so as to the development of entire modernization of transportation, to evaluate its sustainability objectively, scientifically, efficiently and quantitatively. The author aim is carrying on the analysis to the sustainability of highway, and set up the sustainability to evaluate the index system on this base, the study evaluates the method.In the first part, the author reviews the course of expressway development in China, brings forward the issue of evaluation of highway sustainability, analyses its significance. Based on expatiate on the investigation actuality of sustainability evaluation in our country and overseas, and analyses the meaning of sustainability, the author educes the meaning of highway sustainability. The author analyses inscape of highway sustainability in the aspect of economy, society and environment by data collection of several highway in China, which is the foundation of establish sustainability evaluation index. After that, the author brings forward few principle of establish sustainability evaluation index.In the second part, the author draws up the evaluation index system and educes the weights of sustainability by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (APH) method. Again, the paper introduces the Blur Theory Synthesis Evaluation as the method employed in the present paper.At the end of the paper, the author analyses the sustainability of Shanghai-Nanjing highway and uses mathematics model carries on to measure and evaluate to that item.
