Sustainable Evaluation Of The Project Based On AHP

With the economic growth in our country, the construction of railway system also grow rapidly, especially the development of high-speed railway in recent years. Considering the advantages of much more convenient, affordable, flexible, wide coverage, accessibility and so on, railway transportation has become a major part of the comprehensive transportation system of modern society, and has an impact on the economy, society and environment etc. These feedback will generate a new impact on construction of railway. The railway station is an important junction and the sustainability assessment is a part of post-evaluation for the railway construction project, its main task is to achieve the level of project evaluation, find out the factors which influence the policy-making and measure-taking of sustainable development.This paper start from the definition and current situation of the sustainable development, and then extend to the study on post-evaluation of the sustainability of the project.Based on national condition in our country, the paper make the definition of railway sustainability by Establishing a set of relatively complete railway construction project of sustainability evaluation index system, and using the expert scoring method and the launching of AHP evaluation model for the sustainability of the railway station, the paper get the evaluation results. Based on the evaluation of the sustainability of construction project of railway station, with a case study of Shuozhou railway station expansion project. The process of analysis and evaluation has achieved a good results. In this paper, we have not used public questionnaire survey method to calculate the score of every index in the index system, because it is very difficult for most people to understand many railway professional knowledge in the questionnaire survey, it will affect the data inaccuracies, so the paper use the data of four experts scoring, this is the innovations. According to the railway construction project, it has some adaptability and generalization, which can be adjusted for other projects, and it can provide reference value for our national railway departments.
