The middle and small-sized Agricultural production food corporations are facing more serious competition after China has joined the WTO, if they want continuous development under this situation, they must develop their kernel capacities.Marketing plays a very important role in those corporations. As the main power and one of the kernel abilities of X group, X marketing company takes on the important task. So, its development directly affects the development of X group. Unfortunately, this is just about the bottle-neck of the X marketing Ltd. According to this problem, the objective of the paper is to increasing the marketing capacity for this company, by using performance-management theory, and designed the full performance-management system.There are four chapters in the paper. The first chapter includes the background analysis, related references and the comparison of several main performance-management systems for their merits and drawbacks. It also summarized their concepts and characteristics; the second chapter analyzed the problems of several performance-management systems, including the introduction of the X marketing Ltd., its tactic, annual objective, analysis of the key successful factors, analysis of the factors which influenced the spreading of the marketing tactic and the existing problems of the performance-management; the third chapter constructed the KPI system, including the principle of the designed performance-management system, importing of the KPI system and the KPI target analysis and selection of the company and the employees and design of KPI weight; the forth chapter designed the performance-management of the X marketing company, including performance planning, implementation, testing, feedback design, performance-management design and the application of the system.
