Research On Core Competitive Power Of Venture Capital Enterprise In China

Venture Capital is regarded as the technical product of the Market Economy and the"propeller"of high-tech industry, has the very important realistic meaning to our country's implementation of Scientific and Educational Strategy, transformation of the economical growth way and the enhancement of the synthetical national strength.Based on of the Core Competitive Power theory and the Venture Capital theory, this article contrasts the current situation of the domestic venture capital development with the international situation and proposes the internal and exterior methods for improving the core competitive power of our national venture capital enterprises. We should strengthen the construction inside of the enterprise, manage the brand; specialize the main camp service; innovate the structure of the organizations; attract outstanding talented persons and build the enterprise culture. Outside the enterprise, we should take government as leadership, strengthen the guidance of the macroscopic policy; improve the corresponding laws and regulations constantly; widen the venture capital withdrawal channel; set up credit system and bring the intermediary role into play.
