So supply chain risk has become the important obstacles of supply chain management, brought tremendous harm to each corporation on supply chain. However, very little literature on risk management has focused on Supply Chain Risk. Therefore, the dissertation will choose the thesis of supply chain risk to try to research.The following are the primary work and achievements of this dissertation.1. According to the risk origination, classify supply chain risk.2. With the combination of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and weighing method based on rough sets, the weights of every risk factor measure, the probabilities of factors generation, levels of whole supply chain risk are calculated and evaluated.3. Using the balance principle of risk-income, pool supply chain risk. And maximize income of the whole supply chain.
