This article tries to discuss what strategies china's petroleum corporations should take when they encounter the intensive competition between international companies in the world's petroleum corporation, especially when some large countries, which need to consume a lot of petrol, squeeze china out of the international petrol market by politic, diplomatic and military strategy.The gap between supply and demand of petroleum urgently entails Chinese petroleum corporations to implement multinational management strategy and to ensure China's petroleum security and economic security by getting more shares abroad and diversifying the sources of import. As a part of the international petroleum industries, China's petroleum industry also requires Chinese petroleum corporations to manage in a global way to realize their sustainable development in a long term.Chinese petroleum corporations have adopted the multinational management for more than ten years and experienced two stages: "initial groping" and "stable growth". Currently they have stepped into the "expanded scale" stage and harvested some achievement, including forming some important areas abroad, gaining some experiences of multinational management and cultivating some talented .However, compared with the foreign petroleum corporations, Chinese petroleum corporation still lag behind in capital, technology, experience and management.Chinese petroleum corporations have already possessed certain comparative advantage, including brand advantage and integrated managing, etc. Meanwhile, the fact that world petroleum reserves have constantly increased, all petroleum resource countries implement the opening policy in succession, and China maintains good political relation with most oil-producing countries, etc, has offered the advantage for Chinese petroleum corporations to implement the multinational management. However, there are also some restricted factors in the multinational management, factors include that compared with the world petroleum corporations which have strengthened their capability after 'strong-and -strong combination", Chinese petroleum corporations are much more lagged behind and experience more political risk ; United states and Japan which are the biggest petrol-consuming countries, squeeze china out of obtaining the market abroad; and petroleum hegemony is seriously endanger the safety of petroleum...
