With china's entry into the WTO and economic globalization, domestic enterprises is confronted with increasing competition, therefore the human resource management has become the key to decide the competition result. Furthermore, performance management is the core of HR management. So all enterprises have to face one problem, how to assess employee's performance appraisal and how to develop.Based on deep analysis of current performance appraisal of Changsha Jianianhua autobus Co.ltd, this paper, which combines demonstration and theory, has strategically designed a adaptive and KPI-based performance appraisal system.This paper also established KPI system with some methods, such as fishbone method, fishbone graph method and SMART principle. In the operation of performance appraisal system, performance contract is made between company and employees, assisted with corresponding training,coaching and incentive measures. All these, on one hand, is expected to attain real information of employees, and on the other hand, is to make efforts for advancement of future. As a result, the company's ultimate goal -continuous development of performance can be achieved. |
