With the deepening and development of the market economy,the competition between the domestic financial industry has become increasingly fierce.Regional commercial banks,as an indispensable part of the financial system,are particularly competitive.Different from large state-owned banks,regional commercial banks have a big gap in both scale and internal management.With the development of the Internet,the competition gap is widening.Reasonable performance management is a very important factor for regional commercial banks to maintain their own advantages in the fierce competition.Changsha Bank is a typical representative of regional commercial banks,with the common characteristics of commercial banks in general areas,so this paper takes Changsha Bank as an example,first of all,consult a large number of relevant literature and research data to understand the domestic and foreign research status,basic theories and methods of bank performance appraisal system;secondly,through the field survey of the bank at present.Then,on the basis of the Balanced Scorecard theory,a new performance appraisal system has been re-established in order to meet the strategic development goals ofChangsha banks,and different appraisal indicators have been defined by subjective experience.Weight.Finally,it introduces the steps adopted by the bank in terms of performance appraisal,and constructs the corresponding safeguard mechanism to ensure the implementation of the performance appraisal system.Through the perforance appraisal,we can quickly find out what problems exist in the bank internal staff management,and establish a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system can fully guarantee the enthusiasm of employees.Through the study of the performance appraisal of Changsha banks,this paper redesigns the performance appraisal index system,which has very important practical significance to improve the efficiency of the internal management of Changsha banks,and also provides certain reference value for the performance appraisal management of commercial banks in other regions.
