Development Ability Analysis And Evaluation Of Xi'An High-Tech Zone

The high-tech zone had become the major power for the local economic development in China. Xi'an High-Tech Zone in its rapid development, also faced many problems, it got significant meaning in comparison analysis and making complex evaluation of the development ability of it and find out the problem during its developing.In this paper, we make comparison analysis, complex evaluation and countermeasure research of the development ability of the Xi'an High-Tech Zone from the aspects of economic development, industry assembly and technology innovation. First, we make a complete analysis of the development ability of Xi'an High-Tech Zone; based on it, make a comparison analysis of the development ability of the High-Tech industry assembly in Xi'an High-Tech Zone; Thirdly, using the comparison analysis method to analysis the innovation ability of Xi'an High-Tech Zone; Fourthly, using the factor analysis method, we select 6 High-Tech Zone from East, Coast and West and scored and sorting according to the relative factors from the 5 subsystems that describe the development ability; Finally, according to the above analysis from different aspects and views, summarize the problem during its ability development, and provide the countermeasure suggestions for these problems.This paper is a topic that combines the actuary of the development of Xi'an High-tech Zone, the study result give us reference in correct understanding the situation in economic and technology development of Xi'an high-tech Zone, and also can reference in solving the problems which Xi'an High-Tech Zone faced during its development.
