China's export credit insurance business started in the late 1980 s.After years of improvement and development,China Export Credit Insurance Corporation(hereinafter referred to as “China Credit Insurance”)was established on December 18,2001.The original intention of the company was to cooperate with the development of foreign trade of the countries concerned and use the credit insurance system as a national financial support tool.On the one hand,the scale of the export business has been developed,the various service functions have been improved,and various business sections have been developed.At the same time,they can support the use of modern credit transaction models in the sales and procurement of import and export trades,thereby enhancing the international competition of enterprises.ability.On the other hand,with the development of China's financial market,great changes have taken place in the development of export credit insurance business.This article explores the latest marketing strategies and development strategies for export credit insurance,and also analyzes the competitive advantages of China Export Credit Insurance Corporation and the marketing strategies for building China's export credit insurance companies.The analysis path of the paper is:(1)Analyze the macro and micro marketing environment of China Export Credit Insurance Corporation.The macro market environment includes China's political and cultural environment,foreign export environment,and marketing technology environment.The micromarket environment includes existing competitors,potential competitors,and consumers.All these provide the basic basis for the design of China's Xinbao marketing mix strategy.(2)Analyzed the current problems in the marketing environment,premium rates,market competition,underwriting model,and risk awareness of the company,followed by market segmentation of the export credit insurance market,and conducted a market for China Credit Insurance.Positioning.(3)Based on the current status of China's credit protection environment,it made a 5PS marketing strategy analysis of China Credit Insurance.Product strategies featuring insurance,functionality,and service innovation,pricing strategies based on taxonomy,extensive channel strategies,flexible promotional strategies,and "people-oriented" personnel strategies.I believe these will bring fresh vitality to China Credit Insurance Corporation.
