Quality is the lifeline of any enterprise. The application of quality control tools is the efficient tool to assure the quality of the products for these enterprises. So choosing proper quality control tools from so many ones quickly and exactly which reduces the cost for production as well becomes a key problem.Based on the analyze of the research of integrated tools, this research gives the method of integrated quality control tools which is composed of four parts. And they are the analyzing of quality problems , the analyzing of quality factors ,the calculating for the quality factors genus sequence and choosing quality control tools.1)As far as the analyze of quality factors concerned, on the condition of that it is convenient to choose quality control tools, this paper makes a quality factors list according as there are six genus quality factors which are Man,Machine,Material,Method,Environment,Measurement. So it is a reference for the user.2)In the process to calculate the quality factors genus sequence, this paper thinks the proportion of quality problems as the influence degree value. Then the different value of the quality factors tells the difference of the quality factors. At the same time , the value of the quality factors gives the gist to differ the same quality factor of the different quality problems. By some special calculating methods ,this paper gets the compositor of the influence degree value of quality factors genus who leads these problems, and that's to say the quality factors genus sequence.3)Because the functionary objects of the quality control tools are these quality factors of these six genus quality factors, using the diagrammatic method, this research gives the quality control tools tracing method after analyzing the functionary point of every quality control tool. And this gives a method to choose quality control tools.4)On the analyze of quality problems ,this research gives mapping and tabular tools . At the same time, and use both of the new tools to analyze the quality data form ++ gear-box factory. And then comes to two conclusions :1. radial measurement over error, bad materials and remnant black husk are three main problems of the transmission case factory;2.the three quality problems are in the majority means 74 percents.Based on the results of the traditional and these two new tools for quality problems analyse ,this paper applies the method of integrated quality control tools in the gear-box factory .After a accurate mathematical calculation,this research finds :the quality factor of Machine is the one whose influence degree value is maximal, that's to say it is the key quality factor genus, and then use the method for quality control tools pursual to get three quality control tools :TPM,SPC and 5S . To use the method of integrated quality control tools, this paper uses the C++Builder to compile a program of SPC/TPM. At last, this paper discusses the problem of quality control from the complexity aspect, and analyzes the spadework of complexity. Analyzing the reasons for appearance of quality control complexity, finds the source of quality control complexity is the uncertainty of the quality factors. While some quality factors are important ,some not ,the key quality factors who are influenced by the others where the shoe pinches. And then builds a complexity comment model of quality control based on information entropy by the theory of conditional information entropy. This research finds the uncertainty of the quality factors is the gain function of the number of the key quality factors. Then this research use the comment model in two situations which are individual quality control and integrated quality control, and comes a conclusion that the complexity degree after the application of integrated quality control tools is less than before.
