| With the increasing levels of customer knowledge and more and more products and services for customers, it makes that customers’ needs from product quality and price as the center to multi-level needs of the short cycle, low cost, high quality and diversified private and so on. This all aspects of modern manufacturing enterprise’s production operations have raised new challenges. The manufacturing enterprise need to use advanced tools and concepts enabling enterprises as the market changes and make the appropriate changes to meet the challenge, to maintain their competitiveness. Time quota is an important part of the production management, it can provide a lot of assistance to business management. Now businesses usual time quota method has some advantages in the traditional static manufacturing system, but it is difficult in a dynamic, diverse and complex production challenges, to develop accurate and efficient fixed working hours, which has become a manufacturing a bottleneck in business operations management. In order to achieve all aspects of business seamless, time quota changes should be made to develop methods to make this work either efficiency or achievements can meet higher demand.This paper analyzes the characteristics of manufacturing companies are faced with the manufacturing system, and the development of methods and the limitations of existing studies commonly used for enterprise time quota, made to the product complexity as a bridge between research time quota, aimed at resolving the problems of time quota quickly and accuratelyFirstly, the current situation facing the enterprise as well as the requirements for time quota to develop proposed method, and as a research background and research objectives of this paper, and proposed affect its relationship with time quota between start research from product complexity; Secondly, the defined the product complexity, and through the two modules of parts complexity and assemblies complexity build a computational model of the complexity of the product; Thirdly, addressed the problems in the product complexity building process, this paper conducted research to build similar product set so that the method worked out the final model is more objective and reasonable; Fourth, built relationship model of the product complexity and time quota, the least squares method is used in parameter estimation, compared to the effects of different fitting function models and the introduction of the accuracy test model F Value; Finally, the feasibility of the method and the model between product complexity and time quota are proved by applied in enterprise. |
