Study On Implementation Method Of SCM In Automobile Industries Based Upon PLM Theory

With the rapid development of economy and society, supply chain management becomes more and more important, it is widely used in many areas, especially in automobile industries. As the supporting industry to state economy, automobile industry is an important sign of the development of a country.Presently, Automobile companies make efforts to explore new ways on how to improve the efficiency of supply chain. The fact is, advanced implementation method of SCM(supply chain management) affords powerful technique supporting to automobile industries, displaying more and more importance. So it is necessary to do deep research in SCM by using relative method and theory.As a new management technique, PLM(product lifecycle management) participates in optimizing each phase of supply chain with the idea of concurrence and integrality so as to realize the targets of SCM effectively. PLM helps companies to change the mode of SCM and improves market rivalship. Aimed at automobile industries, this paper puts forward implementation method of SCM based upon PLM theory and does research work on it.Chapter one is exordium. It mainly introduces the researching background, research situation, target, meaning, content and the technique route of this dissertation.Chapter two summarizes the implementation methods of SCM, based on the current status and trend in automobile industries, this chapter contrasts and analyzes these method and points out the advantage and disadvantage of them. Chapter three introduces theory and technique system of Product Lifecycle Management, which is called PLM for short, this chapter firstly introduces definition,targets and application of PLM, then it makes particular analysis of the technique system, which is summarized as Concurrent Engineering,Green Technique,Recycling Technique and Design for X Technique.Chapter four mainly discusses methodology, which is the summary ofanalyzing and modeling methods paper applied, the chapter mainly introduces three methods, phase method for analyzing the course of supply chain; Decision-Making and Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) for analyzing influencing factor in supply chain; goal programming for multi-target in SCM.Chapter five is hard-core of the paper, based on the technique system of PLM and the targets of SCM, the chapter puts forward the implementation method of SCM based upon PLM, firstly the chapter discusses basic thought of the new method, and it analyzes each phase of supply chain by phase method, which makes it clear what PLM technique contributes to supply chain, then DEMATEL is used for confirming the key factors of supply chain, at last, the key factors are served as decision-making variable, supply chain multi-target model based upon PLM is set up by using goal programming, by transforming the multi-target model to target model and making analysis on it, conclusion is reached the that each target of SCM based upon PLM, such as benefit,time,resource and quality, should be developed in harmony and unification, not attend to one thing and lose another. Applying the model, the key factors which have defects can be found, by amending the defects, the targets of SCM based upon PLM can be achieved entirely and perfectly.Chapter six is case analyzing on the model, by analyzing a case on multi-target model and a case on product devising model, the paper points out the effection of the implementation method of SCM based upon PLM.Chapter seven is summary and prospect. The main research content is summarized and the problems which need to be researched more deeply are presented.Main achievement of this dissertation:1. Based on the various research literatures, implementation methods of supply chain management are divided into implementation methods of SCM upon electrommunication, implementation methods of SCM upon information network, implementation methods of SCM based upon lean industries from different research theory and method. This dissertation systematically introduces andanalyzes these implementation methods and their application in automobile industries.2. Based on the targets of SCM and the technique system of PLM, the dissertation puts forward methodology of PLM and the implementation method of SCM based upon PLM.3. Based on the attribute of PLM and the targets of SCM, this dissertation defines the basic thought and implementation frame of the implementation method of SCM based upon PLM, the implementation frame model can intuitively reflect the effect which PLM technique made on the targets of SCM during all phases of supply chain.4. By using methodology of PLM, the dissertation does phase analyzing of supply chain based upon PLM, confirms the key factors of SCM based upon PLM, constructs supply chain multi-target model based upon PLM, by case analyzing on the model, the paper points out the effect of the implementation method of SCM based upon PLM.
