Study On The Administration Of State-owned Property Rights By The SASAC Under A Diversified Background

This dissertation explores an inevitable link between the historical references of diversified property right and establishing the modern enterprise system from the aspects of the modern enterprise system and the historical reference of property right diversification, concluded the clews and ideas from the historical practices so as to establish a clear direction of development of property right diversification. On that basis, it focuses on improvement of modern enterprise system under the background of diversification guided by the theory of property rights and studies the scientific connotation of modern property right system in depth. Based on the historical practices and relevant theories, it investigates the issues of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC ) position, strengthen the functions of SASAC as an equity investor. After that, under the background of diversification the article explores how to intensify the functions of investors, establishing the scientific corporate governance structure in state-owned enterprises, as well as perfecting the ideas, models, and methods from the practical point of view. Finally, the article draws relevant conclusions on the above analysises.
