Research On The Project Management Mode Of Construction Enterprise

Along with the inner construction market opening to the outside world step by step, the state construction company faces to the severity competition. Under the new situation, the state construction enterprise should change the prosecution concept, innovate the management mode actively during exhibiting the market course 。 Aimed at the current development demand of state construction enterprise, this thesis studied the project organization management mode, project contract mode, the inspirit mode and the benefit distribution from the view of state construction enterprise's project organization and management mode.Firstly, the thesis studied the characteristic, project management system and organization mode of construction project. Based on the frame, the compare of construction enterprise between the domestic and oversea has been studied.Based on the analysis of one representational state construction enterprise, the characteristic and shortage of state construction enterprise's project management mode have been studied. Some innovative measurements have been put forward: 1) consummating the relatively contract mode; 2)putting forward "three conformity" of project management;3) strengthening the information management mode; 4) adding the quality management office and condensing the technology office; 5) strengthening the finance concentration and the management of contract and cost. So the new project management mode aimed at the benefit of enterprise, the project and the employee has been set up.Some employee inspirit modes have been studied. Combined with the characteristic of construction project, the reward system has been set up. The mode was put forward. The management innovation and the technology innovation have been put into distribution.
