The professional profession management is one kind to carries on the development, the realization and the monitoring career goal and the implementation strategy process personally. It can unifies the organization and the individual long-term benefits and each other development. Therefore, it should not be merely the individual behavior, the organization took the individual development the carrier, should take it as the human resources supervisory work the key point.Human's career is a dynamic developing process, divides into the different stage. Although each person's occupation choice experience, is engaged in the occupation and the characteristic, as well as the occupation transformation situation and so on all is different, but human's career always forward develops take the age growth as the clue, its psychological characteristic and the development center of gravity have the general character in the identical stage. But between each different stage, between people's need, the manner, the work behavior as well as the staff and organization's psychological contract has the wide difference, but corresponding plan and management strategy also because of stage different. Therefore conducted the pointed research to the career each development phase concrete development strategy to appear is extremely essential.The paper can be divided into seven major parts:The first part includes the introduction and document survey. This part proposed the meaning , method, and domestic and foreign correlations research and innovation spot, difficulty.The second part introduced the correlations research about human resource development, included study theory, system theory, achievements theory and economic theory on human resources development, choice theory, development theory and management theory on career plan.The third part carried on the characteristic analysis, demand analysis and relationship analysis of the human resources development behavior in different stage of career. The fourth part introduced successful pattern of human resources development in Siemens, and profited from its success experience.The fifth part carried on the statistical analysis to the human resources in different stage of career. It included questionnaire design explanation, collection, reorganization and findings statistical analysis.The sixth part was to the question which is from questionnaire analysis in different stage career human resources development, carried on the induction, summarizes and proposes the corresponding countermeasure.The seventh part proposed this article conclusion in the above analysis research foundation.
