By working in China life Insurance Company Limited and Ping An of China, the author deeply experiences that the Knowledge Management is so important and necessary for the selling team of Insurance Company.From the view of the strategy point of Knowledge Management, the author contrasts and analyzes the models which have been created by the seniors. After concluding the workflow of the selling team of Insurance Company, the author sets forth how the explicit knowledge transforms into tacit knowledge based on the standpoint of the organization and individual separately in the selling team of Insurance Company. Then, the author tries to build the model of the Knowledge management of the selling team of Insurance Company, which combines the view of the IT and the strategy point of Knowledge ManagementAt last, drawing the inspiration from ASP application model when working in CE, borrowed the platform of Hisoft in ShenZhen, the author tries to make the above model partly come true using the knowledge of J2EE,oracle and oracle portal.
