Discussion On Application Of Geology Main Factor Row Method In Mineral Prospecting Appraisal

Our country establishes the system of obtaining mining right with pay and legally transferring, which is a significant transformation of mining right control system and an important action to make our national mining industry economy adapt to reform of socialist market economy organization. According to the present laws and regulations, the mining right formed by state ventures must be legally appraised when sold and the appraisal result must be confirmed or a file be set up. Those formed by non-state ventures may not be required appraisal when transferred. However, an average person is unable to objectively understand its particularities; the transaction is difficult to carries out without appraisal. Therefore the mining right appraisal is an organic constituent in the mining right transferring activities. Mining right appraisal is of extreme significance to reform our mining industry economic system and the operational mechanism.Prospecting right is one of mining rights and its value determination becomes a global problem because of the characters of mineral investigation. There are many appraisal methods, but the appraisal system is not perfect. It is needed to strengthen unceasingly the research in reality so as to establish a suitable prospecting appraisal system for our national conditions.Geology main factors row method is used discretely in the overseas, but it applies universally in domestic. The application of geologic main factors row is opt to be affected by subjective factors. The appraisal organizations should select experts of different majors to carry out values index judgment on geologic factors of different ore. when the prospecting power appraisal may expert who chooses the participation judgment from the expert storehouse, and arrange the expert to investigate in-the-spot in the prospecting area to be appraised in order to limit the subjective risks.
