A Study On FGD Project Management In A Power Plant

As a new subject, the project management has got rise to the concentration by the whole society, Chinese academe is progressively abstracting the advanced project management experiences from the developed countries, meanwhile connecting to the situation of China, the academe gradually establishes and develops the project management system for China.With the more severe environment protection policy and a new power plant establishment flood tide ,FGD construction market has quickly been expanded.But the research on FGD project management cannot keep up with the pace.Under the two years MBA knowledge accumulation and the experience in FGD construction project,I try to enclose a bit theory about FGD project management.The paper begins from the necessity that a power station must build FGD system.Subsequently,the whole FGD project management is discussed,including the definition on the FGD projection and FGD project management,FGD feasibility research report ,how to organize a FGD project department ,the plan and control of FGD project schedule,cost,quality.Later,the crises on the FGD project is mentioned. At last, a FGD project management example in QuanDong power plant is discussed,a supplement to the FGD project management theme.
