Technology Introduction And Enterprise Development

As technology is the key point of enterprise's continuing development, the gist of the thesis is the development of the Liu Hongsheng conglomerate from technology. Through discussing the technological introduction of the Liu Hongsheng conglomerate during 1920-1945, the thesis will find out the technological source of its continuing development. The thesis is divided into five chapters:ChapterⅠ: Preface. This chapter will review and comment on academic history first. Then propose basic thought and analysis frame of the thesis.ChapterⅡ: The technological introduction of the Liu Hongsheng conglomerate before Anti-Japan War. First the chapter will introduce the situation of technological introduction, analyze the advanced, suited and gradual features at the choice of machinery. Then it will point out the sources and distribution situation of the talent in the conglomerate, and discuss the technical internalization.ChapterⅢ: The technological introduction of the Liu Hongsheng conglomerate during Anti-Japan War. This chapter will introduce the operation situation of the conglomerate. Because the introduction of device is broken off during the war, the development of conglomerate is obtained by the technical internalization through talent. But the companied are controlled by the state-capital, as Liu Hongsheng is short of fund.ChapterⅣ: The restricted factors in technological introduction of the Liu Hongsheng conglomerate.
