Risk Assessment Index System Study For New Product Development Project Of Big IT Manufacturing Enterprise

With the promotion of the social productivity and the development of the technology, more and more risks appear in the IT manufacturing enterprise during the new product development. Because the new product projects in IT industry has more influencing factors, such as short development time and large investment, complex inner structure, broadly outer connection, more random confusing factors in the project development process. All of these factors lead to more risks and frequently appear in the big IT manufacturing enterprise.Since almost all the big IT manufacturing enterprises don't have a practicable and scientific risk assessment system for new product projects, this thesis has set up a risk assessment index system with multi-layer fuzzy synthesizing evaluation theory for new product development project of big IT manufacturing enterprise.After applying this system to FOXCONN company nearly one year for assessing the risks in new product development Projects, it has been proved to be feasible and useful.
