In developed net new economy era, supply chain management make a rapid progress as a new administration mode. It becomes main stratagem in improving benefit and elevating competition of enterprises. Supply chain management (SCM) refers to three aspects: material flow, capital flow and information flow. The information flow management is the core controller of SCM and the material flow management and capital flow management run around the information flow management. Rapid and smooth information flow among supply chain enterprises, i.e., fully information sharing, can efficiently conduct the operation of material flow and capital flow and then improve the overall benefit of the supply chain. So, careful study on the information sharing in supply chains is necessary to improve the SCM efficiency in our countryIn the first, the thesis classes the information that could be shared in supply chain, stock information, demand information, sell forecast information, produce/deliver plan information and others. Then describes the flow of information in supply chain, establishes the decentralized, centralized and colligated control model of information flow. Through the analysis of indetermination, information asymmetry, bull-effect and the balance of collision target in supply chain, explains the value of information in supply chain. In the second, information sharing is very valuable and important to supply chain management. The paper compares the cost between traditional supply chain and information sharing supply chain. Gets the result that information sharing could reduce the total cost of supply chain. To vendor and manufacturer, through comparing the before and after information sharing in distribute model of order for goods, concludes the information sharing let the distribution of order for goods excellent. To shopkeeper and manufacturer, the information sharing could make both of them get excess profit. In the third, the dissertation discusses the resistances of information sharing and elicits the inspirit mechanism of information sharing among the supply chain enterprises. The resistances includes the change of traditional supply-demand relationship, the augment cost of enterprises'information sharing, the possible leaking of the business secret through information sharing, the lower argy-bargy ability among the supply chain enterprises, the hard inspect of information sharing activity and the possible separation of the dynamic supply chain alliance. In the end, takes the manufacturer as the core enterprise, advances the inspirit strategy to up-travel vendor and down-travel shopkeeper.
