The Six Sigma Management is an idea which take the customer as the center, take the data as the foundation, take pursues nearly perfectly. Its core is a series of static technology based on data analysis, measurement and the analysis of reason and improvement.It aims on the optimization and the control flow which enable the enterprise to achieve the desired effect in the operation aspect.It is carried out by American enterprises in the statistics process control during dozens of years. It is founded on the base of Static Process Control and Total Quality Management .And it is a new method for further enhances of the quality and the enterprise achievement. Its conception it has two aspects: On the one hand it is refers to the quality coefficient in normal distribution (consider 1.5 sigma drifting), the defect rate is 3.4ppm.It means that the stable qualified rate is 99.99966% .On the other hand it refers to engineers and statistics scholars using high-tech method for the precise adjustment of products and the production process.While China joins in WTO, our manufacturing industry has been developing in a very high speed. Many enterprises develop OEM and ODM business generally. China has been worthy of the name "the industrial workshop of the world". The Chinese manufacturing enterprises face intense global competition. If we want to seek a long term development and an invincible position, we must fundamentally enhance the quality of product and service. Simultaneously we must guarantee the cost would not increase because of the quality enhancement. Therefore it is essential to introduce Six Sigma Management which is cherished in domestic and foreign successful enterprises. However, in the peculiar circumstance of China, it will be able to encounter many difficulties in the implementation process. So we should summarize how to imply Six Sigma Management successfully in our manufacturing enterprises through the understanding of enterprise or organization's actual sentiment .This article has carried on analysis and research to Six Sigma Management theory and application. It has systematically introduced Six Sigma Quality Control theory. While it has thoroughly analyzed the differences and relations among Six Sigma Management ,TQM (Total Quality Management) and the IS09000 series quality control system.This research utilizes Six Sigma Management through the example of DMAIC quality improvement program to made the enterprise product quality level became much more higher .With the support of MINITAB software , we carry on the improvement, confirming the remarkable effect and the serviceability of Six Sigma DMAIC quality improvement program to improve the product quality in the manufacturing enterprise. As well as to reduce the quality cost, we use the advanced management. So raising the management level has a very important function. According to current situation of Six Sigma Management application, this article proposes to summarize the questions which our manufacturing enterprise should pay much attention to.
