Research On Supervision Mechanism Over Government Procurement In China

Governmental procurement is one of developmental results of the liberalization of the international trade and the Globalize of economy. The governmental procurement now is an important tool for every government of the world to manage social economy, and it is called "the sunlit trade". In western developed countries, the system of government procurement has a history as long as 200 years, but in China the regulation system of government procurement has just got its life, so there are still a lot of flaws in the governmental procurement system, particularly in the aspect of supervision mechanisms.This article preceded from the analysis to the step of governmental procurement, through analysis to the flaws of every steps of governmental procurement, we have find the major reasons that causes these flaws is the deficiency of supervision mechanisms. At last unite the international experiences and the actuality of governmental procurement in China, bring forward the advise to perfect the supervision mechanisms in the governmental procurement system.
