Research On Institution Innovation Of Family Business In China

With the development of our private economy, family business the main part of private economy wins a good opportunity to develop itself. However, there are some problems which are hidden during the early age. So when family business takes the scale operation, it's meaningful in theory and practice if using institution innovation to analyze them.This paper sets institution innovation as research theme. First, collect many existed researches and make some comments on them; Then, introduce the theory of institution innovation to analyze family business generally, including definition, characteristics, types, advantages and limitations. Using property institution, management institution and transmission system, I illuminate the institution innovation through the combination of the practice of family business. I pursue the way for sustainable development of family business which can guide the institution innovation theoretically, and I hope it can make effective promotion to our private economy and family business.
