Research On QHSE Integrated Management System For PetroChina Daqing Oilfield Company Limited

This thesis is a study on how to establish QHSE management system(quality, health,safety and environment integrated management system),how to realize the renovation of corporation system, enhancing managements of corporation, especially enhancing the managements of quality, health safety and environment. It sets forth the meaning of QHSE, reviews the development of QHSE and concludes that establishing and improving QHSE have some effects on the management of petrochemical corporations.IS09001 and IS014001 are quality and environmental management systems standards. OHSMS28001 are heath and safety management systems standards. HSE management systems are effective means of health and safety and environmental in oil enterprises. It is very meaningful to establish a integrity management system which could be used well in actual. The compatibility between these systems and the feasibility of establishing QHSE integrity management system are discussed in this paper. Some note-worthy points are revealed for the effective operation of QHSE management system..The article makes an analytical study on PetroChina Daqing Oilfield Company Limited. According to the practical requirements of establishing a general QHSE management system in PetroChina Daqing Oilfield Company Limited, table a general program to establish and perform QHSE management system based on the principles of system management and the situation of company.
