Study On Industrial Land Developing Control In Middle-Small Cities

Now China is undergoing a rapid period of urbanization and industrialization. The industrialization process not only requires a big amount of land, but also brings deep influences on urban function layout, ecological environment and even our everyday life. Cities in middle and small scale are important components in Chinese industrial system. Effective control on industrial lands in these cities will make better use of land concentration, which helps to realize the aim of sustainable development. In the meanwhile, industrial land developing management and control are important contents in urban planning.This thesis reviews the developing control practices both inside and outside China; it analyses the present developing situations in China; it explores the problems of order less layout, inefficient development, huge useless land, and management short of scientific methods; based on the characteristics of middle-small cities, the thesis suggests the aim for industrial land developing control; it provides the strategies of using economical methods, bettering planning and controlling stipulations, and adopting more managements. The thesis discusses the practice experiences of planning stipulation and industrial land developing control in Fei-cheng City. It points out some existing problems of standard specifics,"free amount"in controlling planning stipulation and management. Finally, the thesis makes a few suggestions on how to improve the present situations.
