The Research Of Industrial Park Land Use Based On Sustainable Development About Shanghai

As a special zone that develops the industry,the industrial park is one kind of acceleratory force which harmonizes both economy and society. However, the present land utilization situation of industrial park is quite dissatisfactory. On the one hand,in the process of city development, the demand for industrial land occupancy is enormous, which gives an edge to the discrepancy between the supply and demand for our land resources. On the other hand, the land utilization of some industrial parks are inefficient and some land resource is left unused,which deteriorates the conflict between scarcity and waste of land resource. Therefore, the research of land sustainable utilization in the developping process of industrial park has a far-reaching significance.Firstly, the paper reviews the developing course of the industrial park at home and abroad, analyses the characteristics, problems and causation of domestic land utilization of industrial park,and summarizes experience of excellent industrial park at home and abroad. Basing on the theory of industrial cluster, lifecycle and sustainable land resource use, this paper designs macroscopical and microcosmic assessment index system of sustainable land use of industrial park.Secondly,this paper takes the industrial park at all levels in shanghai for instance, selects and collects the datas of sixty consolidated industrial parks to analyse the land use situation of Shanghai, and uses the assessment index system to evaluate land use situation of municipal and local industrial park in Shanghai.In the end, the paper elaborates the estimate of the land size and the scale of land-space and spare-land and chooses high-tech indusrrial park as an example. According to the analyze above, the paper investigates the mechanism of land sustainable use and hopes to give some advice to the government.
