Research On Cost Control Of Intelligent Building

Intelligence building emerged in China at the end of 1980's. Because of its short history in China, the owner couldn't understand the building intelligence engineering entirely and clearly, its program design, construction map deep design and construction are all provided by equipment supplier and constructor, which is its characteristic different from other construction engineering. Because of this characteristic, the cost control of building intelligence engineering also has new characteristic and key point. So, it has important realistic meaning to bring up the suggestion to the cost control of building intelligence engineering fit for the Chinese construction and operation model from the aspect of constructor and user, according to the development trend of international building intelligence engineering and the present situation of Chinese building intelligence engineering.This paper analyzes the present situation of Chinese building intelligence engineering at first, then points out the main problems existed in the process of construction, looks into the experience of cost control of building intelligence engineering in the developed countries and districts, discusses the matured experience of cost control in the project management in China, and finally brings up the suggestion to the cost control of building intelligence engineering according to Chinese real situation. The suggestion is the key point of cost control of building intelligence engineering is the control in the phase of design and plan before the construction. How to do these two work is the key point of this research.This paper makes use of the integration of theory analysis and investigation of real case and brings up the solution which is based on the theory and also fit in with the reality. And this paper also explains the suggestion which is brought up in the previous text though the analysis of the process of cost control of a real building intelligence engineering. And in the end, this paper bring up the conclusion based on the previous research.
