The Research On Enterprise Human Capital Investment Risk And Prevention

At knowledge-based economy ages, business managers are aware of the importance of human capital investment in the modern human resource management. In recent years, the domestic research in human capital theory has got great progress. However, compared to the foreign research, it is still weaker in some respects, such as the risk of human capital investment. Because of the special characteristics of human capital, enterprises may suffer various risks in the process of human capital investment. This thesis is on the study of enterprise human capital investment on the view of risk through the method of risk management, concretely analyses the special characteristics and reasons in the human capital investment risk, and puts forward the evaluation method of the risk. Then it discusses the effective measures of preventing risks.The thesis consists of five parties as the following:The first part is introduction. It introduces the significant importance of the thesis, the recent researches in theory of human capital investment and the research methods.The second part is some theories about human capital investment risk in enterprise. It refers to main contents about theories of human capital risk management and early warn management. This part introduces the concept and characteristics of human capital at first. Secondly the article makes definitions about enterprise human capital investment. It analyses the characteristics of human capital investment from different angles. Thirdly, it introduces practice process of risk management theory. Lastly, the concept, characteristics, function and structure of early warn management is elaborated. This part makes theory foundation for thesis.The third part is identifying human capital investment risk in enterprise. In this part, it is concerned with causes to enterprise human capital investment risk.
