Nowadays, enterprises and organizations are faced with permanently changing markets, global competition rapidly decreasing cycles of technological innovation. The appearance of supply chain result in the product or the service competition no longer is between the enterprise and enterprise, but is between the supply chain and supply chain. Performance assessment is the basic in realizing optimization for supply chain and one of the main contents in advanced manufacturing technology and administration fields in the present.On the research of the development and the problems of the dynamic supply chain's management systems, and on the foundation of extensive and analyzing the present study condition of domestic and international chain and its results evaluation, this text researches the establish of key index sign, the calculation of results index sign, the supply chain results evaluation model and how to excellent it of the supply chain for Manufacturing to Order Industry results evaluation index sign system. this dissertation has finished the following works:1. Uses the multiple perspectives, in analytical hierarchy process, unifies the present some popular supply chain performance assessment index system, aim at characteristic of manufacturing to order industry, thus established the supply chain performance assessment target index system.2. Studies the arithmetic of the importance indices on Performance Assessment of Supply Chain for Manufacturing to Order Industry. The data source is discussed in valuing the indices. Basic this, the realization technique is put forward in valuing indices.3. Concerning performance assessment of supply chain for manufacturing to order industry, proposed based on applying analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. This chapter expounds the methods in obtaining the value without dimension of indices with subjection function in faintness math. The values of indices without dimension are obtained through the max, the min. This chapter gives the case on obtaining the value without dimension of every quantitative index in indices system.4. According to performance assessment of supply chain demand, has established the total framework of the system.
