Following the changes from traditional industry time to the information age nowadays, enterprises' competition has been also more intense, facing keen competition, the unpredictable business environment and growing expect of the customers, enterprises' operators need to lead the enterprise to grow, to progress, and to leap, at the same time must be responsible for its shareholder, to satisfy shareholder's income expectation. But how can the enterprise know whether it have the growth? How can the enterprise know whether it have the profit? How can the enterprise know whether it have the competitive power? The appraisal target is the foundation and the guide of achievement measure, so there must be a standard of achievements appraisals. Therefore, the enterprise achievements appraisal always is one of manufacturing industry research hot spots; it has the important theory significance and the practical significance to its research.On the basis of the author's work in the small and medium-sized enterprise ERP system for achievements administration module development, the author mainly has done below the multi-analysis researches from following several aspects to this system:1. First, the author discuss the goal and the significance of this article, elaborated the importance of the achievements appraisal; then, the author introduced the internal and foreign research condition of using BSC on the Performance management, and analyzes questions and development situation in this domain exists.2. The author has studied the related ERP development phase, the basic principle as well as the development tendency, and has studied the related BSC developing process, the constitution as well as the related theory knowledge, and then proposed enterprise performance measurement system based on BSC under the condition of ERP, and has proven its feasibility.3. The author research fuzzy mathematics elementary theory, including fuzzy algorithm basic concept, fuzzy algorithm elementary operation, fuzzy algorithm processing flow and basic step and so on.4.
